What is the Survivor to Thriver 21 Step Programme? |
The programme has several unique features:

It is psychologically based - founded in San Francisco by a clinical psychologist

It was created expressly to address the particular needs of adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

It consists of 21 measurable and achievable steps of recovery.

In safe self-help workshops we offer emotional support and an opportunity for expression of feelings, thoughts, memories, hopes, insights, and education on the subject of child abuse.
What are the aims of the Programme?

To facilitate healing from childhood sexual abuse.

To enable survivors to move forward with their lives - Empowerment through Enablement.

To recognise and resolve pain, identify maladaptive coping behaviours, and develop new skills that foster self-esteem and healthy relationships.
